So, my office hours resume on April 20th.

You can ask me whatever you want, like -

  • What is my startup worth? (Probably not nearly as much as you think, if anything at all)
  • Why wasn’t I invited to StartupLounge Atlanta? (because we thought nobody in the room would want to invest in your deal)
  • How do I sell my product? (Pick up the phone and start cold calling)
  • What was the only World Series to end on a caught stealing? (1926 by Babe Ruth against the St. Louis Cardinals)
  • What terms are prevalent in venture capital deals?
  • Why should steroid users not be allowed in the Baseball Hall of Fame? (because you can’t be enshrined as a hero of the game when you damaged its credibility)
  • What are your favorite chess openings (The Danish Gambit as White, and the Dutch Defense/Alekhine’s defense as black)
  • Does my deal have a realistic chance of funding or should I plan on bootstrapping?
  • What are your favorite video games right now (Star Trek Online and MLB 2K10 for the Xbox 360)
  • What was your favorite video game of all time?  (Unreal with StarCraft being a close 2nd)
  • How do I get in front of investors in Atlanta?
  • What is your favorite beer? (Belhaven – Scotland)

Yeah yeah I know this is yet another event clogging up the jam-packed Atlanta startup calendar that is just chock full of great, useful things to attend.  Worst case scenario – if nobody shows up, I still get to go to Taco Mac.
